We will not send any order before checking the payment of the order.
The delivery will be considered to have been made at the time when the carrier makes the delivery and the corresponding receipt is signed.
The delivery times are indicative, although there is an obligation to comply with them. Deliveries will be made between 3 - 5 working days after the purchase (provided that the requested stock is available). In case it is not available, the delivery can be increased up to no more than 10-15 days.
Delays will not imply the cancellation of the order or any compensation.
PATRONESMUJER provides a simple and easy way for returns.
All you have to do is send an email to email@example.com indicating in the subject "Return" and the order reference (which you will have received via email)
PATRONESMUJER will respond to this email indicating the procedure to follow for the return of the same.
There are two types of return:
- Returns attributable to PATRONESMUJER, when the product is defective In this case PATRONESMUJER will return the total cost of the order after verifying the state of the product and you will not have to move or fill in any type of form for the return, as our transport company will collect the order from the address where the delivery was made (if the product requires collection).
- Return attributable to the buyer, including when they are errors when making the purchase ... To do this, you must send the unwanted items in their state and original labeling along with the purchase receipt to our offices by the means of transport you prefer. Shipping costs will always be paid by the customer.
Under no circumstances will we refund the shipping costs when making a return or the customs charges, if any.
PATRONESMUJER will return the amount of the purchase (once verified that the product is in optimal conditions) but the client will assume the return expenses.
Period for requesting a return
Customers have 14 calendar days to exercise their right of withdrawal from the delivery of the product.
PATRONESMUJER reserves the right to refuse returns communicated or sent outside the established terms or articles that are not in the same conditions in which they were received by the client.
Under no circumstances may the return take place if the products supplied, whatever their category or type, have clearly been used.
When do I receive the amount of the refund?
Refunds will be made within a maximum of 14 calendar days from the date the return is approved in the same way as the payment was made. Remember that the credit card payment can take several days, depending on each bank.
Once the refund order has been processed, you will receive a confirmation email from our Customer Service with the details of the refund.
